I loved my time with them that adding their stories in three New York Times Best Sellers was a no brainer!
And the reason I’m telling you this is because I love what I do. Unfortunately I’ve come to realize that I can’t live forever.
Now at the age of 70, I want to focus on leaving behind a legacy that will urge trainers to continue inspiring more people.
That’s why I’ve created the Stakeholder Centered Leadership Trainer program. (SCL Trainer for short!) It’s just what a qualified trainer/speaker like yourself needs to get to the next level.
I want to guide a select group of trainers who can teach leaders how to positively impact others.
For me it’s about a legacy and sharing it with people around the world.
In the years I have remaining, I want to share everything I know with as many people as I can, including the strategies I implemented into my speeches to become a top rated speaker.
Inside The Program
In the online SCL Trainer program I’ll be taking you through how to train groups in the following topics:

- How to perform the “Feedforward” exercise with a large audience
- The Keys to Developing Leaders Around the World
- Inside the minds of World Leaders like Alan Mulally, Jim Yong Kim, Hubert Joly, etc and to teach their wisdom to your groups
You will be able to download and use all the interviews with the world leaders mentioned above. Additionally you can use the slides I’ve created and used in my presentations when you’re training high level executives.
You can take this video course online at your own pace (about 10-12 hours of video in total) and even watch on your mobile phone. All sessions are supported by downloadable slides and videos which you can access anytime.
And when it’s all said and done, you’ll be certified as an SCL Trainer.
Frankly, I recently realized I’m not superman. Nor do I have the capability to run around the globe working with world leaders like I used to.
I know I won’t be able to do this forever, but this mission is so much bigger than me. I want to pass down the torch and give you an opportunity as a high level trainer and speaker to walk in my footsteps.
